After this course, successful participants will have the skills needed to perform their duties as a member of the Housekeeping team.
They will be in a position to provide service in an effective, efficient and organised manner, to understand the importance of carrying out the tasks in such a way that customer needs are the priority and to use service methods consistent with a five star level using internationally accepted standards.
