This set of sessions is designed to run as a one day course or alternatively it can be run as four separate sessions over a number of days.
After this course, successful participants will be in a position to positively enhance the dining experience of the guest by supplying good recommendations with knowledge of wine and food pairing as well as to increase wine sales by discreetly maximising sales opportunities at work.
