The Guest Services Course is a five-day course designed for front office staff who have customer contact.
This set of sessions is designed to run as a five-day course or alternatively it can be run as separate sessions over a number of days.
It may be taken on its own or in conjunction with our incentive and reward management training program.
- Front of house guest contact staff
- Intermediate language ability and up
- Front office, food and beverage and spa
This course is part of the Mise En Place Total Quality Management Training Suite.
After this course, successful participants will have the skills needed to perform their duties as a member of the Guest Service team.
They will be in a position to provide service in an effective, efficient and organised manner, to understand the importance of carrying out the tasks in such a way that customer needs are the priority and to use service methods consistent with a five star level using internationally accepted standards.
