The Departmental Performance Coach is a five day course designed for heads of department who are responsible for quality and performance. It is designed to run as a five day course or alternatively it can be run as five separate days over a number of weeks. It may be taken on its own or in conjunction with our incentive and reward management training program.

After this course, successful participants will be in a position to successfully take the role of coach within the team. Firstly, managers and supervisors will become aware of the necessity for standing back during service to lead and coach.
By spending time daily with direct analysis, advise and feedback, the management and supervisors will improve teamwork, solve issues and develop team members focusing on individual competency and needs
The course is split into theoretical and practical sessions over five days, and continues with observed training at monthly intervals.
