This course is part of the Mise En Place Total Quality Management Training Suite.
This set of sessions is designed to run as a five-day course or alternatively it can be run as separate sessions over a number of days.
After this course, successful participants will have the skills needed to perform their duties as a member of the Butler team. They will be in a position to provide service in an effective, efficient and organised manner, to understand the importance of carrying out the tasks in such a way that customer needs are the priority and to use service methods consistent with a five star level using internationally accepted standards.
