At Mandarin Oriental we worked with the executive management team including the General Manager and the Resort Manager and the HODs, to show them how to utilise concepts such as DiSC behavioral analysis and 6 thinking hats to improve the communication and management skills within the team so that they could lead their individual teams better.
The training was conducted over two days in an off-site workshop, in which we included real life problem solving tasks as well as the theory, to work with small groups on their leadership skills. This was then discussed in feedback and debriefing sessions after each activity
