At Impiana we worked with the group to provide the brand standards and cultural identity necessary to deliver outstanding service in a 4 star environment. We did this by training the heads of departments and supervisors to manage their teams, deliver successful training, develop SOPs, create brand standard material and track the progress and skill level of the individual staff members.
